Advanced training in security technology, industrial security training, and his involvement in Oakland Rotary No.3 have enhanced his success as well as his talent in public relations and client satisfaction.

Kenneth Hayes joined Superior One Protective Services in early 2017. Before joining the Superior One team, he was employed as a top level IT and Business Executive, with some of the nation’s top Businesses. Upon joining our team, he worked and gained his experience as a Client Service Supervisor, Client Service Manager, and finally Business Development Manager, for the Sacramento-Redding Districts. His objective at Superior One Protective Services is to help build the most professional security organization of its kind with well-trained and qualified personnel.
Edward James Bell
Sr. Client Services Manager/San Jose-Salinas Districts
Edward James Bell joins the Superior One staff bringing 14 years of private security experience on top of 25 years of service with the United States Army. Retiring at the rank of Sergeant, Edward has extensive background in executive protection security around the world. Since retiring, Edward has held positions as Account Manager, Director of Security Operations, Business Development Manager and, Branch Manager, and current position as Sr. Client Service Manager for the San Jose-Salinas Districts. He has created and assisted in the development, administration and implementation of new and innovative security programs for Superior One. His leadership, experience and hands on approach help to streamline operational proficiencies and build strong client relationships.
